With our MARS Academy Sales School Training Program, we conducted field analysis studies for a long time to determine the competencies that will be gained by the employees who serve or will serve the sector. Our goal here is to feel the end-to-end sales dynamics of the industry and to provide our customers with a quality and prestigious experience, and we have meticulously determined which topics we should address in our training program. Our participants, who are included in our MARS Academy Sales School Training Program, are included in a training camp that lasts 40 hours (5 days) in total, from communication to architectural concepts, from legal processes for foreigners' real estate acquisition to effective sales techniques and advanced negotiation skills. As of the last day, we are completing our program, which we have realized with our interactive training model, in which the participant is at the forefront, with our role play and simulation studies. Our goal here is to develop the practical skills of the participants about any situation that may be encountered in the field. At the end of our training program, all of our participants are included in a survey and then we celebrate their graduation by presenting their certificates.
